Concierge Agent

About the role

The Concierge Agent reports to the Guest Service Manager and is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep knowledge of UAE attractions, events, and international destinations, combined with the ability to anticipate and fulfill diverse guest needs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Accommodate special requests, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information on hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, in‑house events, and local directions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, offering recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel standards.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely.
• Maintain a harmonious and professional working relationship with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Ensure desk collateral and informational materials are up‑to‑date and presented correctly.

• Strong understanding of UAE attractions, events, and international travel destinations.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively in a high‑end hospitality environment.
