Concierge Agent

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Concierge Agent to join its award‑winning concierge team. You will deliver five‑star, personalised service to guests, helping them create memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to uncover preferences and anticipate needs.
• Arrange travel, entertainment, dining, cultural activities and provide clear directions and transport options.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and bookings using the hotel’s concierge software.
• Communicate updates, challenges and special requests with the Chief Concierge and other team members.
• Leverage deep local knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining, nightlife, shopping and cultural venues to offer tailored recommendations.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and hotel operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with concierge or hospitality management software.
