Concierge – Luxury Resort Dubai

About the role

As a Concierge at One&Only One Za'abeel, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will anticipate needs, create unique experiences, and uphold the brand’s standards of warmth and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled, personalized assistance for all guest inquiries, including shopping, itinerary planning, and local recommendations.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, manage luggage, and offer orientation to hotel facilities.
• Arrange transportation such as airport transfers, limousines, and car rentals.
• Greet VIP guests and deliver elevated service tailored to their preferences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, events, restaurants, and services.
• Anticipate guest needs, secure tickets for shows, concerts, sporting events, tours, and create bespoke itineraries.
• Handle special requests, including floral arrangements, celebrations, and surprise gifts.
• Record and communicate guest preferences across departments using systems like ALICE, SAGA, and Opera.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining scene, and cultural events.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
