Construction Foreman – Supervise Site Activities in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily operations on a fast‑paced construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers and subcontractors on the construction site.
• Coordinate daily site activities according to project requirements.
• Allocate manpower, monitor work progress and adjust resources as needed.
• Ensure construction work follows drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors and other site teams.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
• Maintain site safety and enforce safety procedures.
• Report daily progress and any site issues to management.
• Organise tools, equipment and materials required for site work.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience on construction sites.
• Previous role as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings.
• Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with UAE construction standards is an advantage.
