About the role
We are seeking a motivated construction laborer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves hands‑on work in brickwork, blockwork, plastering, concrete work and general building repairs, supporting the delivery of high‑quality construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Perform bricklaying, blocklaying and plastering according to project specifications.
- Execute concrete pouring, wall construction and basic building repairs.
- Interpret and follow construction drawings, measurements and quality standards.
- Adhere to site safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Required profile
- Less than 1 year of experience in construction or related manual trades.
- Ability to work on site in a physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
