Construction Manager – Finishing Works for High‑Rise Towers

About the role

The Construction Manager – Finishing Works will lead the execution of interior fit‑out activities on a large‑scale high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will ensure that all finishing works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and budget.
• Review and adjust project plans, resource allocation and cost estimates.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and sub‑contractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and status meetings with all sub‑teams.
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses and NOCs from authorities.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS regulations and company policies.
• Track expenses, manage the project budget and mitigate risks.
• Maintain complete project documentation and prepare site reports.
• Engage with clients and consultants to capture feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience on high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven experience in finishing works.
