Construction Manager – Heavy Lift Equipment

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead heavy‑lift equipment activities on a high‑profile ADNOC project in Habshan, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on safe, efficient execution of heavy‑lifting operations while adhering to project specifications, schedules and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all heavy‑lifting and equipment‑related construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is performed in line with approved procedures, project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain schedule compliance and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically with heavy‑lift equipment projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and construction best practices.
• Ability to manage on‑site teams and liaise with client and subcontractors.
