Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a civil engineering background to lead high‑end commercial, infrastructure and landscape projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to successful handover, while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver complex civil and landscape projects within budget and schedule.
• Manage all construction phases, including infrastructure, external civil works, soft and hard landscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Control project costs, issue EOT claims and align cash‑flow forecasts with approved budgets.
• Supervise site operations, coordinate daily activities of construction and subcontractor teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and produce accurate daily and monthly reports.
• Hire, train and manage construction crews, enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings and BOQs.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely material availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale commercial landscape and civil/infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, EOT claims and construction methodologies.
• In‑depth expertise in landscape construction, infrastructure development, civil works and irrigation systems.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
