Construction Manager – Luxury Residential Projects

About the role

Compass Project Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for an immediate secondment with a leading developer in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a high‑profile luxury residential development that includes high‑end apartments and mansion villas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction areas/packages through to completion.
• Drive programme recovery and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and on‑site stakeholders.
• Monitor QA/QC compliance and ensure work meets required standards.
• Identify risks, delays, and coordination issues and implement mitigation measures.
• Review construction sequencing and site logistics.
• Support reporting, progress tracking, and coordination meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the client PM team and supervision consultants.
• Monitor contractor performance and site productivity.
• Ensure safe execution of works in line with HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 + years of construction experience.
• Strong contractor‑side background.
• Proven experience in high‑rise, luxury residential, hospitality or mixed‑use developments.
• Extensive site delivery and construction management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive programme recovery and coordination.
