Construction Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team on a major oil & gas EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Manage multi‑faceted construction activities, including subcontractors and on‑site personnel.
• Ensure all construction work complies with safety policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain effective client relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction for construction and completion activities.
• Provide construction support during the initial planning phase and participate in constructability and 3D model review sessions.
• Manage RFIs, change orders and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Civil, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 20 years total experience with at least 7 years in oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management systems, processes and tools.
• Experience on EPC projects for ADNOC or equivalent is highly preferable.
• Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is an advantage.
