Construction Manager / Superintendent - Electrical & Instrument

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Superintendent with a strong background in electrical and instrumentation projects. You will lead on‑site activities, ensuring that high‑profile energy projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities for electrical and instrumentation scopes.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Apply in‑house construction management procedures to maintain consistency across sites.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and report status to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Construction Manager or Superintendent on large‑scale energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems in oil, gas, and renewable environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.
