About the role

Provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based consultant‑level anaesthetic care, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards set by Mediclinic and UAE regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, professional and ethical clinical services to patients efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality‑management standards.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and junior colleagues.
• Uphold integrity by executing clinical services responsibly and ethically.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree plus a recognised fellowship or diploma by UAE healthcare authority.
• Specialty certification and registration recognised by UAE healthcare authority.
• Active life‑support certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience at consultant level; preferably 1 year in a Tier 1 country.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
