Consultant ENT Physician – UAE

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its ENT outpatient and surgical services. The role offers internationally trained clinicians strong clinical exposure, multidisciplinary teamwork and the chance to work in a modern, quality‑driven environment serving a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat adult and paediatric ENT conditions, including sinus disease, ear disorders, voice problems and airway complaints.
• Perform ENT procedures such as endoscopy, myringotomy, tonsillectomy, septoplasty and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).
• Manage emergencies including epistaxis, airway compromise, foreign bodies and acute infections.
• Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, paediatrics, oncology and radiology teams for integrated patient care.
• Provide patient counselling on surgical options, risks, recovery and long‑term management while ensuring compliance with safety, consent, documentation and infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Strong clinical judgement with a commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations.
• Interest in long‑term career development within a premium UAE healthcare setting.
