Consultant Family Medicine – US Board/UK CCT

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Consultant in Family Medicine for a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages within a modern, multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.
• Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, vaccinations, and health education.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant in Family Medicine.
• Strong expertise in preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision‑making, and interpersonal skills.
