About the role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. Key responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Evaluate patients, provide consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and explain surgical options.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post‑operative follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international clinical standards.

Required profile

• MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Reconstructive Surgery (e.g., UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, Canadian Board).
• Significant clinical experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, including cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Proven ability to manage complex surgical cases and deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
