Consultant/Senior Consultant – Internal Auditor (Capital Projects) – Bilingual Arabic

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Capital Projects & Construction practice in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on internal audit and advisory services for capital projects, delivering high‑quality execution while building strong client relationships. Bilingual Arabic speakers are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end advisory and assurance assignments for regional clients.
• Provide expertise and professional advice on effective implementation of capital projects programmes.
• Identify and communicate the value delivered to clients.
• Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
• Support managers and directors in understanding client requirements and developing proposals.
• Build and leverage a strong network of contacts for business development.
• Work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Prepare client presentations for CXOs, boards and audit committees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction) or Architecture.
• Master’s in Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Operations, General Management) is a plus.
• Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm in capital‑projects advisory, including dispute resolution.
• Minimum three years of consulting experience in the capital‑projects domain.
• Proven expertise in project management, cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting and accounting.
• Understanding of project controls, QA/QC, contract administration, procurement and construction risk management.
• Exposure to project‑management reviews, BPI, PMO and digital project‑management tools.
• Experience across industries such as rail transport, real estate, infrastructure, oil & gas and industrial projects.
• Strong local/regional network and active membership in professional associations.
