Contact Centre Agent – Arabic Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Contact Centre Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our retail client in Dubai. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily/weekly KPIs and service level targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and adhere to compliance procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a contact centre, chat support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Good typing speed and computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
