Key responsibilities

• Execute processing and cross‑sell activities to support various ADCB business groups in line with bank standards.
• Adhere to organizational policies, SOPs and instructions to ensure consistent, high‑quality service for internal customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors to share information and gather feedback.
• Manage operational risk issues, ensuring compliance with the bank’s risk and incident management framework.
• Assist in preparing key performance metrics and project updates for stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards and deliver required levels of service in all customer interactions.
• Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures and practices to maximize contribution to business performance.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes and SOPs while delivering required service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
