Content and Learning Products Developer

About the role

The Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE) is seeking a Content and Learning Products Developer to create and enhance self‑paced and adaptive learning solutions. You will work closely with domain experts, use AI tools daily, and contribute to client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, commission and launch self‑paced learning products.
• Integrate adaptive learning mechanisms that adjust to learner progress.
• Research emerging topics in AI, technology and finance and translate findings into learner‑friendly material.
• Plan, script, produce and manage video lessons, collaborating with on‑camera experts.
• Collaborate with domain experts to structure and convert their knowledge into educational content.
• Support client programmes by providing content and product expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating learning content or demonstrable ability to do so.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools and a mindset for innovative application.
• Strong writing and structuring skills to simplify complex topics.
• Hands‑on experience in video production, from planning to editing.
• Comfort working directly with subject‑matter experts.
• Excellent research skills and understanding of online learning principles.
