Content & Creative Executive

About the role

Pattern is looking for a Content & Creative Executive to join its fast‑growing MENA team in Dubai. You will help shape the content function for a region that is critical to the company’s global expansion, working closely with brand, advertising and marketplace teams across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creative assets such as product imagery, banners, A+ content visuals, infographics and social media graphics.
• Write, translate and localise product titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ copy for Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct Arabic‑language keyword research and optimise detail‑page content to improve organic rankings.
• Coordinate asset production workflows in Pattern’s AI‑powered photography studio (Portal) for key accounts.
• Collaborate with brand management, advertising and marketplace teams to ensure consistent, best‑in‑class content across all regional marketplaces.

Required profile

• Strong eye for visual design and ability to produce compelling creative assets.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic with experience in localisation.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce marketplaces, especially Amazon.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (writing, translation, localisation).
• Content creation and visual design.
• SEO knowledge with focus on Arabic keyword research.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce content guidelines (Amazon A+).
