Content Creator Internship

About the role

Join tactical. as a Content Creator Intern and help shape the brand’s voice on TikTok, Reels and other short‑form platforms. You will turn raw ideas into scroll‑stopping videos while learning the full production pipeline from concept to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh, on‑brand concepts that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.
• Film vertical video content, handling lighting, framing and talent direction.
• Edit footage with fast cuts, strong hooks and smooth transitions to maximise retention.
• Add motion graphics, subtle VFX and other visual details to polish the final product.
• Collaborate with the creative marketing team to align ideas with campaign goals.
• Track performance metrics, analyse what resonates and iterate on successful formats.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media trends and why they work.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Adaptable, able to troubleshoot on the fly.
• Curious, creative and willing to experiment with new ideas.

Required skills

• Portfolio showcasing video creation.
• Basic filming techniques and an eye for composition.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, Resolve, After Effects).
• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels best practices.
