Content Creator & Videographer (Full-time, Dubai)

About the role

For the first time the founders behind the Middle East’s biggest creator are opening the doors to document every deal, launch and setback. We need a camera‑savvy storyteller who uses AI daily and knows who 8FLAMEZ is before applying.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the founders through brand deals, venture launches, partner meetings, shoots, trips and the hard days in between.
• Plan content series, story arcs, shot lists and a publishing calendar aligned with upcoming initiatives.
• Shoot constantly – your camera is present at every meeting, launch and flight, capturing moments before they happen.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, as well as longer episodes for YouTube.
• Publish and manage the founders’ channels, handling captions, thumbnails, timing and performance tracking.
• Build and maintain a footage archive that records how 8FLAMEZ was built.

Required profile

• Ambitious, borderline crazy and married to your camera, with a portfolio of documentary, vlog or behind‑the‑scenes content you planned, shot, edited and published yourself.
• Confident with cameras, audio and lighting on the move, and fast in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut.
• Use AI every day for planning, scripting, editing, subtitles and repurposing.
• Discreet – you will be present for confidential deals and know what stays off‑camera.
• Based in Dubai, hold a valid passport and can travel worldwide at short notice.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
