Continuous Improvement Manager – Dubai Campus

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Dubai Campus Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead CI initiatives across its new sustainable campus. The role will drive the deployment of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Eaton CI System (ECIS) to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth from startup through serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Define, deploy and sustain the Continuous Improvement strategy for the Dubai Campus, aligned with EBS, OPA and ECIS.
• Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Standard Work, 5S+, Value Stream Mapping, Flow, Pull, SUR, TPM and DAP.
• Establish and drive A3 Structured Problem Solving across the organization using root‑cause analysis and real‑time techniques.
• Develop and maintain the CI governance system, including the annual CI plan, deployment cadence and Kaizen pipeline.
• Facilitate and coach CI initiatives, including Needle Mover projects, Rapid Improvement Events, Business Process Improvement projects and Kaizen events.
• Ensure standardisation and capability building across all workstreams (MCB, PCBA, Plastic Injection, Shared Functions).
• Coach leaders and teams to build sustainable CI capability and a strong continuous improvement culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing within a manufacturing environment.
• Track record of deploying CI systems (EBS, ECIS, OPA) and driving measurable performance improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using structured methodologies.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills to develop teams and embed CI culture.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary industrial workstreams.
