Contract Management Supervisor – EPC Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to lead contract administration for major EPC/PMC projects in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery sectors across the Middle East. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, mitigating risks and supporting claims and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage EPC, PMC and related contracts from award through close‑out.
• Review and interpret contract terms to ensure compliance and mitigate contractual risks.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Lead contract correspondence, notices, amendments, variations and change orders.
• Support commercial and project teams in evaluating and resolving contractual issues.
• Identify, assess and manage contract risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and review claims, counter‑claims, extensions of time and dispute‑related documentation.
• Coordinate with project controls, procurement, legal and construction teams to ensure effective contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• 10‑15 years of contract management and administration experience, preferably with EPC contractors.
• Proven experience on large EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery industries.
• Previous work experience in the Middle East region.
