Contract & Requirement Coordination Senior Engineer

About the role

The CRC Senior Engineer ensures end‑to‑end consistency, clarity and traceability of contractual commitments and customer requirements for turbofan propulsion systems, supporting the product roadmap from pre‑contract through in‑service support.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translate contractual clauses into actionable requirements and ensure alignment with technical scope and delivery obligations.
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the program lifecycle, including pre‑development, development and in‑service support.
• Coordinate interfaces between OEM partners and platform customers, managing information exchange, risk and conflict resolution.
• Capture and consolidate customer requirements, translating them into product specifications and ensuring traceability to verification.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace or complex engineered systems.
• Strong understanding of turbofan architectures, performance drivers and technology road‑maps.
• Experience in program management and working with customers, OEMs or large‑scale development programs.
• Knowledge of V&V, airworthiness and certification frameworks such as FAA Part 33, 21, CS‑E, CS‑25.
