Contracts Administration Supervisor

About the role

The Contracts Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pre‑award contract administration activities within the Supply Management Department. This role ensures compliance with client, government procurement laws and internal policies while protecting both client and company interests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical guidance to contract administrators on a daily basis.
• Deliver training, mentoring and legal guidance on contractual matters.
• Review contract administration work for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Lead pre‑award activities, including tender advertisement, evaluation and negotiation, acting as Bid Evaluation Team Lead and Negotiation Team Leader.
• Prepare legal and contractual documents such as RFPs and award notices.
• Advise on new or revised procurement policies and procedures.
• Participate in selection, training and performance evaluation of personnel.
• Serve as principal advisor on contract negotiation strategy at the project level.
• Act as Acting Manager of the Contracting Section when required.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction contract formation, negotiation and administration, including operation & maintenance, consulting studies, design and large‑scale infrastructure contracts.
