Contracts Specialist – Entry Level (UAE Nationals)

About the role

PureHealth Research is looking for a motivated fresh graduate with a law degree to join its Legal team in Abu Dhabi. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to corporate, regulatory, and healthcare‑related legal matters within a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Support the Legal team with research on regulations and compliance requirements.
• Maintain legal records, trackers and documentation in line with internal policies.
• Coordinate routine legal queries and documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Help with regulatory filings, approvals and correspondence with authorities.
• Monitor legal and compliance risks and flag issues to senior team members.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for the Legal function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional legal environment.
