Control Room Operator – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are seeking a Control Room Operator for autonomous vehicles to monitor real‑time status of the fleet and coordinate responses to incidents, accidents and emergencies. The role demands high situational awareness, clear communication and rapid decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams and coordinate on‑site response.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures and maintain clear communication with ground teams.
• Execute map interruption processes and track incident progress to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre or fleet monitoring environment.
• Strong situational awareness, decision‑making ability and calmness under pressure.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy with ability to operate monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations is advantageous.
