Inventory Executive

About the role

The Inventory Executive will lead daily inventory planning and execution for Apparel Group’s Dubai operations, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient workflow across the warehouse. You will supervise a team of Inventory Control Assistants, coordinate with retail stores, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate bins, areas, and tasks, monitor daily scanning activities and ensure completion within timelines.
• Supervise and coach Inventory Control Assistants, set daily targets, and track productivity.
• Oversee barcode scanning using PDT/RF devices, conduct random checks, and report discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory accuracy, coordinate recounts, and document issues for escalation.
• Prepare daily operational reports, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, warehouse or retail operations.
• Prior experience supervising a team in a large‑scale retail or fashion environment.
• Familiarity with large‑scale retail, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG multi‑store settings.
• Experience with PDT, RF scanners, barcode scanning or inventory management systems is an advantage.
