About the role
We are an international trading company seeking motivated Conversion Agents to join our growing sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on engaging potential clients, building trust, and turning leads into active customers. Fluency in Korean or Mandarin is essential, and relocation support is provided.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Guide prospects through the onboarding process and build lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and promote suitable services.
- Manage and expand a personal client portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
Required profile
- Motivated, persuasive and goal‑oriented.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for success.
Required skills
- Fluent spoken and written Korean or Mandarin.
