Freelance Event Sales Manager

About the role

You will leverage your existing network to bring event staff, talent and entertainment to clients across the UAE and GCC. Earn commission on every booking without managing shifts or delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Open doors – approach agencies, brand teams, event‑tech companies, exhibition organisers and hotels that book temporary event crew or entertainment.
• Register each lead in the company portal before working it, ensuring your claim on the client is recorded.
• Submit the client brief; the company prepares quotations and shortlists, usually the same day.
• Close the sale in your usual manner and hand over the brief; the company handles delivery, invoicing and collection.

Required profile

• Established network in UAE/GCC events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, hospitality or brand activations.
• Proven sales experience in events, staffing or related B2B services.
• Valid UAE freelance permit or trade licence capable of issuing invoices.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only basis without a base salary or retainer.
