Coordinator - Abu Dhabi School of Public Finance Management

About the role

The Coordinator will provide operational, administrative, and analytical support to the School of Public Finance Management (PFM) programmes and projects. Working closely with the Manager and Senior Director, the role ensures smooth day‑to‑day coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and learners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed activity plans, calendars and task lists for cohorts, workshops and examinations.
• Prepare weekly coordination packs (agenda, minutes, decisions, action logs) and circulate to stakeholders.
• Support intake and admissions processes, including eligibility checks, nominations and enrolment confirmations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal entities, training providers and academic partners on scheduling, materials and logistics.
• Collect and perform first‑level checks on vendor deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with invoice verification, PO tracking and financial reporting.
• Administer LMS enrolments, classes and assessments; ensure data accuracy across dashboards.
• Run Voice‑of‑Learner surveys, compile feedback and log corrective actions.
• Produce routine analytics reports and management summaries for governance meetings.
• Draft briefs, announcements and presentation decks; coordinate event logistics and capture success stories.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
