Receptionist – UAE National

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a UAE National Receptionist to be the front‑facing representative of its headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The role combines high‑quality customer service with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage visitor logs and create a welcoming environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls and email inquiries following company protocols.
• Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, faxing and routine correspondence.
• Assist the Executive Director of Operations with data reports, calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and ensure necessary materials are stocked.
• Support general office operations, including visitor tracking, reporting and liaising with security.

Required profile

• High School Certificate/Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑focused experience, preferably in the region.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment (PC, photocopier, etc.).
