Coordinator, Well Services (Coiled Tubing)

About the role

The Coordinator, Well Services ensures that all Coiled Tubing operations run smoothly, delivering high‑quality service to customers while maximizing equipment lifespan. This role combines field supervision, technical support, and compliance oversight within the oilfield services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise service and technical personnel through assignments, project management, and technical support.
• Maintain Coiled Tubing equipment readiness and oversee its lifecycle.
• Conduct QA/QC and HSE inspections/audits on equipment and job sites.
• Analyze non‑conformance and maintenance reports, recommending corrective actions.
• Verify activity documentation and suggest procedural improvements.
• Visit customer locations, attend planned meetings, and ensure timely resolution of non‑conformances.
• Monitor daily job progress, provide technical guidance to field staff, and handle special projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, and client Asset Integrity Management codes.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oilfield operations.
• Strong computer software proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to recognize problems and develop solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
