Core Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Core Agent (Reservation Agent) to join the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. In this position you will handle room reservations, provide information about the hotel’s facilities and services, and ensure a smooth booking experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails and other inquiries, delivering accurate information about the hotel.
• Process reservations through telephone, email, fax or the central reservation system.
• Coordinate bookings received from the sales office and other hotel departments.
• Maintain reservation records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist guests with special requests and resolve reservation‑related issues.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a strong desire to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems and standard office tools (telephone, email, fax).
