Corporate Advisor – Customer Service (Female)

About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a proactive Corporate Advisor to support customer service and business‑setup sales in Dubai. The role involves converting leads, consulting clients on company formation, and delivering premium advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads generated through marketing platforms into realized business.
• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their businesses and guide them through UAE company setup.
• Explain Bestax’s product offerings and local regulations related to business setup.
• Present recommendations on business opportunities across UAE zones.
• Research client business ideas and assess implications in different zones.
• Liaise with internal teams and licensing authorities to ensure smooth setup.
• Coordinate with banks for account opening and related services.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and share insights with the marketing team.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional products and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales and business development experience.
• Proactive, confident, quick‑thinking with a proven track record of generating business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documents and databases.
• High integrity, dependability, accountability and strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
