Corporate & Events Manager – Retail Confectionery

About the role

The Corporate & Events Manager will lead corporate sales and event initiatives for Alabbar Enterprises' Sweet Treats brands, driving revenue and positioning the portfolio as a preferred partner for high‑volume gifting and events.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the annual corporate sales revenue target.
• Develop and manage corporate, government, and private‑sector accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end corporate sales and events execution.
• Leverage a strong database and industry contacts to generate business.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in a reputable confectionery or food brand with a strong corporate business focus.
• Proven leadership, people‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally and overseas.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
