Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

The Corporate Finance & Development Manager will lead the analytical and execution agenda behind Chalhoub Group’s most strategic capital and growth decisions. Acting as a key thought partner to the CFO office and Executive Committee, you will translate complex business questions into structured analysis, deal architecture, and decision‑ready recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of ExCom, CFO, and Board materials on capital deployment, portfolio performance, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Own end‑to‑end workstreams across capital allocation, group‑level portfolio optimisation, new market entry, M&A and JV transactions.
• Distil complex financial, commercial, and strategic content into clear, executive‑grade outputs and decision memos.
• Partner with the VP of Corporate Finance & Development to shape governance cadence and content.
• Ensure every initiative is rigorously underwritten, well‑structured, and aligned with long‑term value creation priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate finance, capital allocation, and strategic development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership and board members.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence decision‑making.
