Corporate Sales Manager – Commission Based Role

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will work remotely on a contract basis to secure sponsorships and commercial partnerships for Odyssey Concepts' events and business engagements. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with sponsors, and delivering tailored partnership proposals that align with client marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective sponsors through research, calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Develop and present customized sponsorship proposals that meet client goals.
• Negotiate sponsorship packages, manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing sponsors to drive renewals and upselling.
• Collaborate with event production and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
• Monitor market trends to uncover new partnership opportunities.
• Report regularly on sales performance, revenue targets and pipeline status.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable generating leads and closing deals on a commission basis.
