Corporate Sales Specialist – Car Rental

About the role

A growing UAE car rental business is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Specialist to expand its corporate client portfolio and drive business growth. The role focuses on developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, negotiating agreements and building long‑term relationships with corporate customers in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand corporate sales opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue and market presence.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales.
• Manage existing corporate accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular business updates to management.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in the car rental industry.
• Previous corporate sales and business development experience with proven success managing corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE car rental market and its trends.
• Valid UAE driving licence; Abu Dhabi market experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and strong knowledge of corporate sales, account management and business development.
