Corporate Tax Technical – Senior Associate / Assistant Manager

About the role

The Corporate Tax Technical Specialist will support the development of high‑quality tax analysis and insights focused on the UAE corporate tax landscape. You will conduct in‑depth research, monitor legislative changes, draft technical papers and alerts, and contribute to thought‑leadership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on UAE tax laws, administrative guidance, and international tax developments such as OECD Pillar Two and BEPS.
• Monitor, track and analyse legislative changes, translating complex provisions into practical guidance for clients and internal teams.
• Draft comprehensive tax position papers, technical opinions, alerts and newsletters on emerging tax issues.
• Analyse tax treaty positions and cross‑border implications for UAE‑based entities.
• Maintain a repository of technical knowledge, precedents and templates for firm‑wide use.
• Contribute to articles, whitepapers, webinars and conferences to raise the firm’s market profile.
• Support the design and delivery of internal training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax or Law.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of corporate tax advisory experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.
