Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

FCM Travel Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Travel Consultant to join its Dubai team. The role involves handling complex business travel bookings for corporate clients, ensuring high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange air, car, hotel and ground transportation for corporate accounts.
• Create and manage Passenger Name Records (PNR) and client profiles.
• Perform ticketing, Phase IV processing, and handle exchanges or changes on complex international and domestic fares.
• Provide prompt solutions to travel‑related issues and client inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and weekly business meetings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of corporate travel experience, including work outside regular office hours and weekends.
• Proven experience with ticketing, scripting, and handling multi‑segment fare changes.
• Strong knowledge of geography and international destinations.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using a personal computer and various software applications.

Required skills

• Amadeus reservation system.
