Cost Controller / Business Analyst – Six Senses, Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Controller and Business Analyst to join Six Senses The Palm Dubai. You will support the finance team by monitoring costs, preparing reports and helping the operations and F&B departments understand their financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Track operating costs, payroll and departmental expenses against approved budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and perform basic variance analysis.
• Collect, validate and organise data from PeopleSoft, POS, PMS, Excel and BI tools.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and internal control activities under supervision.
• Work closely with Operations and F&B teams to identify cost drivers and operational KPIs.
• Support purchasing activities, supplier quality checks and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies, company procedures and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software, journals and ledgers.
