About the role
Qureos Inc is seeking a Cost Controller to oversee recipe finalisation, coding, and inventory management for its restaurant portfolio across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Finalize recipes with chefs and assign ingredient codes.
- Create and maintain sales item codes and recipe codes.
- Enter new and updated recipes into the system.
- Generate vendor and item codes, and input vendor pricing.
- Review and finalize month‑end inventory counts.
- Analyse monthly inventory variances.
- Roll out new menus and recipes across UAE, KSA, China, Kuwait, Egypt, and Oman.
Required profile
- Experience in cost control and inventory management within a restaurant or food‑service environment.
