Cost Manager – Post‑contract

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Manager – Post‑contract to join its Dubai team. You will work closely with the Commission Manager and project stakeholders to ensure accurate cost control throughout the post‑contract phase.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Commission Manager by handling allocated post‑contract cost management tasks.
• Administer interim applications, change control processes, variation valuations, and extension of time claims in line with FIDIC and standard form contracts.
• Monitor actual expenditures, commitments and forecasted costs to keep projects aligned with approved budgets.
• Review and validate contractor invoices and change orders for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Produce timely cost reports, forecasts and financial reconciliations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional experience in post‑contract cost management within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical ability to assess financial data and contract terms.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively with project teams, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and standard form contract procedures.
