Counter Sales Advisor cum Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Counter Sales Advisor cum Coordinator to join our sales team in Dubai. The role combines front‑line customer interaction with coordination duties to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming sales counter.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues and provide timely responses.
• Assist in inventory management, monitor stock levels and trigger re‑ordering.
• Stay updated on building‑materials trends and promote sales events in collaboration with marketing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and coordination role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of building materials and the construction industry (preferred).
• Proficiency with sales and inventory management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to service challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
