Country Manager & Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

Swift, the global leader in secure financial messaging, is looking for a dynamic Country Manager / Business Development Manager to lead growth in Turkey, the Caucasus and Central Asia from its Dubai hub. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with customers in the assigned markets, positioning Swift as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sales follow‑up.
• Represent Swift at industry events, conferences and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
• Monitor individual and team performance, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide market feedback to support product and service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in business development or consultative sales, preferably within financial services or technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
