Creator Talent Manager

About the role

Our creators launch a new business every one to two months. You will keep them engaged and ensure that every piece of content ships on time. Two non‑negotiables: you use AI daily and you know who 8FLAMEZ is before you apply.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day creator relationship across every venture, managing priorities, time and commitments.
• Translate agreed commitments into filming and publishing schedules for each launch and ongoing support.
• Lock in filming slots early, coordinating around travel, brand commitments and overlapping launch dates.
• Prepare each shoot with the content producer, ensuring a clear purpose and strong brief.
• Track content through filming, editing, approval and publishing, flagging delays or conflicts early and escalating decisions to the founders.
• Maintain a single source of truth for commitments, approvals, usage rights and live links, providing weekly status updates.

Required profile

• Relentless about follow‑through without making conversations feel like a chase.
• Proven experience managing creators, talent or high‑profile personalities and delivering on commitments.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable having direct conversations about missed commitments while preserving trust.
• Ability to run multiple launches simultaneously using Notion, Google Calendar or similar tools, leveraging AI daily for briefing, tracking and summarising.
• Organised, discreet and calm when plans change.
