Credit & Collections and Customer Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Credit & Collections and Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and deliver professional service. The role sits within the Finance department in Dubai and reports to the Finance Manager and General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment terms.
• Maintain accurate statements of account and update customer records.
• Monitor payment status, achieve collection targets and prepare monthly collection reports.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, resolving issues related to payments, orders and services.
• Prepare and maintain administrative documents, ensuring correct data entry into company systems.
• Support the sales team with account information, identify upsell opportunities and assist with promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales and Administration to resolve account‑related issues.
