About the role
The Crew Member supports daily restaurant operations and delivers excellent customer service in a healthy food concept restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage cashier and order‑taking duties accurately.
- Handle food safely following hygiene standards.
- Prepare beverages and assist with daily front‑of‑house operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in FOH areas.
- Navigate and manage orders through food delivery aggregators.
- Support team members and adapt to operational needs.
Required profile
- Previous food & beverage or customer service experience preferred.
- Food handling experience required.
- Knowledge of food delivery aggregators required.
- Flexible, multitask‑oriented and team‑player.
- Passion for healthy food concepts.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Available to work in Abu Dhabi.
